Roller pipe using ERW pipe, and the roller shaft using cold drag shaft. The pipe and the shaft are special used for Conveyor roller. The tolerance of shaft insure in -0.01mm to +0.01mm in order to install the bearing.

 

Cutting
Auto pipe cutting equipment and shaft cutting eensure the length are the same.

 

 

Pipe ID Painting
Our roller pipe ID have painted. So the pipe can not rust, increasing the roller life.

Shaft Mill Both End
After cutting of the shaft, we use the mill end equipment to process the both end.

 

 

Pipe Boring
Trough both end boring equipment process the pipe, ensure the bearing house concentric.

Shaft Flat Milling
The import dimension of the roller is the flat distance, we use the four milling cutter to mill at the same time, so the distance of flat are the same.


Bearing House Welding
Both end welding ensure the bearing house in one line, and concentric.

 

Roller Shaft Turning
Use CNC lathe to machine the groove ensure exaditude and smooth.

 

 

Welding Inspection
After the bearing house welding, we use the special equipment to test the welding line, assure the roller welding 100% qualified.

 

 

Assemblied Roller
Assemblied the bearings and seals to the rollers.
After assemblied the rollers, then waiting for the inspection and painting.
